25 "Ladies Night Out"

Early Bird registration is $35 by January 1 and $40 after January 1. 1  Springtime Arts and Crafts Fair
Sponsored by John Weldon Elementary PTO, this event will be held at John Weldon Elementary located at 7370 Weldon Spring Rd, Dardenne Prairie, MO.  Booth info:  approx 10x10, $40, (electric $10 more).  Estimated attendance:  2007 - 1000 visitors (1st year of fair).  Stop by the Springtime Arts and Crafts Fair at John Weldon Elementary! This will be our 2nd year and we will have close to 100 vendors for you to shop. Hot food and cold drinks on site! Fair happens rain or shine - all vendors are inside! 26  Eureka! Craft and Garden Show

Sponsored by Forsyth Chamber of Commerce, this event will be held at Shadow Rock Park located at Hwy 76 & Hwy 160, Forsyth, MO from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Booth info:  100 spaces each measuring approx. 10 x 8. The cost of a booth is $40.00. All booths are indoors.  Estimated attendance:  1500+.  Our arts and craft festival takes place in Historical Shadow Rock Park/Campground. 17  Fiber Fair 2008
Sponosored by Highland Fiber Artists, this event will be held at Ellis O. Jackson Marshfield City Park located at N. Marshall St., Marshfield, Missouri from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Booth info:  Open air pavilllions, 8'x10' $12, dbl $20, animal stalls 8'x8', 8' x 16'.  Estimated attendance:  400-500.  Featuring handcrafts using the natural fibes of animals and plants. 31  Folk Arts Festival
Sponsored by Missouri State Archives/Friends of the Missouri State Archives, this event will be held at Memorial Park located at 111 Memorial Park Drive Jefferson City, MO from  9:30 am-3:30 pm.  Booth info:  12'x 12' $5 if demonstrating craft & selling; $20 if just selling craft.  Estimated attendance:  2nd year; 400-500?  Come celebrate Missouri’s folk art tradition in music, storytelling, and decorative arts. See Missouri heritage come to life at this outdoor festival highlighting the styles and techniques of a growing number of folk artists who keep our rich and diverse tradition alive. 7  Lindbergh High School Garden Tour, Plant Sale, and Craft Boutique
Sponsored by Lindbergh High School Mothers' Club, this event will be held at Lindbergh High School located at 4900 South Lindbergh Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63126 from 9am - 3pm.  Booth info:  9x6 booths, $40. EstimatedAttendance: We expect to sell 250 tickets for garden tour. Plant sale and craft boutique are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. BriefDescription: There is FREE admission to plant sale and craft boutique. Drive to and tour 6 lovely area gardens within the Lindbergh district! 13 & 14 St. Peters Olde Tyme Picnic
Sponsored by St. Peters Chamber of Commerce, this event will be held at Olde Town Park in St. Peters, MO.  Times:  June 13th- 5p-12a, June 14th-12p-12a.  Booth info:  10'X10' - $100, must be handcrafted or booth will qualify for Corporate Booth Rate (10'X10'-$300), addl. booth extra $50.  Estimated attendance:  35000.  It's time for the St. Peters Olde Tyme, this year makes the 39th anniversary and promises great food, games and dancing galore, while keeping our history alive. Sponsored by The Downtown Excelsior Partnership, this event will be held at The beautiful back lawn of The Elms Resort and Spa located at 420 Regent, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024 from Noon-9pm.  Booth info:  10 x 10, $50 need extension cord, night lighting and tent covering. Elms provides skirted table, chairs and back panels if needed.  Estimated attendance:  600 people.  This event showcases the best of Missouri wineries, artisans and musical talents. Sponsored by Louisiana Chamber of Commerce, this event will be held at 521 Georgia Street, Pike Pioneers Building - Street festival as well as Indoor Vendor at Georgia Street in Louisiana, Missouri.  Times:  October 18th and 19th from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day.  Booth info:  Indoor booths are 10' x 10' rental is $50.00 and outdoor booths are 10' x 20' rental is $55.00. Electric add $10.00 and it is restricted in availability. These rates include both days.  Estimated attendance:  5,000-10,000.  Our festival is held the 3rd weekend of October to coincide with the beautiful autumn colors.
