23 - PIke County MOPS Craft Fair
Sponsored by PIke County MOPS.  This event will be held at Pike County Fairgrounds located at 15884 Highway 54 in Bowling Green, MO from 9am-3pm.  Booth information:  The craft fair hours are 9:00 am � 3:00 pm with set-up beginning at 7:45 am.   Registration fees are $25.00 per table if registration and payment are received by February 15th. and $30.00 after February 15th.  Table preferences will be assigned in the order that the paid registrations are received.  Please note any special requests that you may have on your registration form such as if electricity is required, outside wall, etc. so that we can try our best to accommodate your request if possible. We will not assign you a table until payment is received so we suggest that you register early! $25 before Feb 15th , $30 after 15th  provides 1-8 foot table and chair.  Estimated attendance: 650-1000+.  I would like to invite you to participate in our 4th annual Craft Fair we will be having on March 23rd, 2013 to benefit our local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group.  We are holding the event at Pike County Fairgrounds located on Highway 54 just East of Highway 61. This will give us easy highway access along with expanded parking for vendors and customers. We are also able to add more booths. APRIL

20 - Spring Craft Bazaar
Sponsored by Empire Artistic Skate Club.  This event will be held at 1305 Business Loop 7 E (outside parking lot) in Columbia, MO from 9am-6pm.  Booth information: $70 9X18, $140 18X18, $50 9X18, $100 18X18.  Estimated attendance: unknown.  Columbia, MO has its share of craft shows, but the First Annual Spring Craft Bazaar will be filled with more excitement and passion than most.  Passion for talented, creative, imaginative crafters with enthusiasm for their products will fill the air.  The ambience of such creativity will spread.  This craft show will be a win/win for vendors and me.  We are prepared to enable you to spend your time talking with patrons and showing off your wares. Helpers are available to answer questions, help you find your booth space, watch your booth for brief periods if necessary, fetch bag lunch that is available and run quick errands on the premises so you won't leave your booth unattended and lost sales. SEPTEMBER

14 & 15  - Battle of Marshall 150th Anniversary Commemoration
Sponsored by Marshall Cultural Council.  This event will be held at Indian Foothills Park located at 1510 E. Eastwood Street in Marshall, MO.  Times: Saturday 9am to 5pm. Sunday 10am to 4pm.  Booth information: Booth space will be 12x12 for $50 per space.  Estimated attendance: 3000 to 5000.  This event will be a Civil War re-enactment that has been sanctioned by the Missouri Civil War Re-enactors Association giving it the designation of "max effort".  We are very excited about this designation as it opens us to a lot more participation by the re-enactor and will bring in a very large crowd.  We are looking for both traditional crafters and Heritage crafters as well. 19, 20 & 21 - Branson's 40th Annual Autumn Daze Arts, Crafts & Music Festival
Sponsored by Downtown Branson Betterment Association.  This event will be held at Historic Downtown Branson located at the Corner of Atlantic St & Commercial St, Awberry parking lot in Branson, MO.  Times: Thurs & Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm.  Booth information: 10'X10' $160 Inside Tent $130 Outside.  Estimated attendance: 8000.  This is Branson's Premier Arts, Crafts & Music Festival now entering its 40-year anniversary!  We are a juried arts and crafts show and our panel looks for handmade items only.  This year's 40th Autumn Daze will have two large tents in the Awberry parking lot behind Dick's 5 & 10 keeping vendors and festival-goers under cover rain or shine.  We will have food vendors on site and space for 100+ arts and crafts vendors.  Autumn Daze also boasts a free, live entertainment stage all day each day of the festival with top celebrities from our Branson shows! 27 & 28 - Artisans Market at Branson Landing
Sponsored by Branson Landing.  This event will be held at Branson Landing Mall located at 100 Branson Landing in Branson, MO from 10am-8pm.  Booth information:  $250 for 10x10 - includes tent.  Estimated attendance: 15000.  Branson Landing will be holding its THIRD Annual Artisans Market on the Promenade with arts and crafts. We are looking for handmade artists and crafters to participate in our show. This is a great way to reach large markets and showcase your product at the Branson Landing.  The Artisan's Market at Branson Landing is scheduled for Friday, September 27 from 10 AM to 8 PM through Saturday, September 28 from 10 AM until 8 PM, rain or shine. 5 - 3rd Annual Fall Festival/Bass Pro Big Cat Quest

9 - Vendor/Craft Show
Sponsored by Odessa Community of Christ Church.  This event will be held at Community of Christ Church located at 515 S 1st Street, Odessa, MO from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.  Booth information: Booth Rental is $20 includes one 8' table and 2 chairs.  If two spaces are needed (side by side) the second one will be provided for $15.  Estimated attendance: 1,000 +.  Vendor / Craft show, November 9, 2013 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Odessa, MO.  You can set up on Friday evening between 6:00 and 8:00 or after 8:30 on Saturday morning.  The church will provide a concession stand for snacks & lunch.  Rental fees and concession income will go towards children's camping fund for 2014.  The show is being held early so that people can put in orders for Christmas gifts and vendors can provide 3rd party shipping. So bring sign up materials if you can provide this service. Please donate one item for a drawing!!  We are especially  in need of crafters although vendors are most welcome. We will not duplicate vendor's products. We have 22 booth spaces available and the event will be well advertised.  Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible to reserve your space. 9 - Our Lady of Mercy's Annual Holiday Bazaar
Sponsored by Our Lady of Mercy.  This event will be held at Tighe Hall located at 2115 Maturana Drive, Liberty, MO 64068 from 9:00-3:00.  Booth information: Booth rental is $15.00 which includes one 8' table and two chairs, lunch will be provided for vendors.  Estimated attendance: 300+.  We are looking for crafters and vendors to participate in our show.  This event will be held indoors.  There will be FREE Admission and FREE parking. 10 - Hawken House Christmas Market
Sponsored by Webster Groves Historical Society.  This event will be held at Rolling Ridge Nursery located at 60 North Gore Ave. in Webster Groves, MO from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.  Booth information: 8' x 6' ($45); 12' x 6' ($67.50); indoor and outdoor spaces available.  Estimated attendance: 1,000.  The Christmas Market features quality hand crafted items in a variety of mediums.  We are part of the Old Webster Christmas Open House, an annual tradition (25+ years) drawing thousands of visitors. 15 & 16 - Carver Craft Fair
Sponsored by Neosho Schools.  This event will be held at G.W. Carver Elementary School located at 12350 Norway Road in Neosho, Missouri.  Times: Fri 7:00pm-9:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm.  Booth information: table $30, 8x8 $45, 6x10 $45, 8x10 $55.  Estimated attendance: 2500. The Carver Elementary PTO organizes this event as a fundraiser. Due to the amount of requests for booths, we may not be able to accommodate all exhibitors.  Therefore, to ensure a quality show, the selection of exhibitors will be made by the selection committee. Selections will be made on the basis of quality, originality, and overall variety in the show. You will be notified of acceptance status by OCTOBER 15. Set ups is November 15, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 pm. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 4:00 PM ON FRIDAY!  No exceptions due to school unavailability during school hours.  VIP NIGHT is Fri 7:00pm - 9:00 pm. Jackson in Ozark, MO from 9 A.M.- 4 P.M.  Booth information: $65.  Estimated attendance: 1000.   Wonderful indoor handcrafted only event in Ozark finest 5 year old Community Center. This is the 6th year for this sponsor to host this festival. This event was at the Jr High but outgrew space. The community center is SO much better for public to see vendors all in one room in our double gym. Plenty of convenient parking and handicap accessible. Cosmopolitan Club is a non-profit community service club. 7 - St. James PTO Christmas Craft Fair
Sponsored by St. James PTO.  This event will be held at Lucy  W. James Elementary School located at 314 S.
